Participate in our CTI Survey and win a free Sun t-shirt!

Several months ago, the CTI team asked all users to submit their feedback, bugs and requests for enhancement (RFEs) for the CTI tool. During last 6 months we have received more than 50 requests or bugs from many of you. Thank you for this! All your requests are collected at http://wikis.sun.com/display/g11n/CTI+RFEs.

Due to the fact that there is a lot of requests, we would like to better understand the priorities of each request you submitted. This can help us to prioritize our future development work, so we can focus on the most required features or bug fixes. Therefore we prepared a short survey about the CTI tool.

In order to make a situation easier, we grouped similar requests into logical groups. You can see the groups at http://wikis.sun.com/display/g11n/RFEs+Summary.

The goal of this survey is to:

1. find out how you (CTI users) are satisfied with the CTI tool
2. understand priorities of the requests you have submitted
3. understand how much you are willing to help with a possible CTI development (e.g. bug fixing, implementing new features, ...)
   

The survey is accessible from the main page of the CTI tool or directly at a  Survey Tool. The survey is open from September 4th and will be closed on September 16th. Once the survey is finished, we would like to share the survey results with you. They will be available on the CTI Sun Wiki page.

Filling in the survey will not take you more than 10 mins! Because we appreciate your feedback, 20 lucky randomly selected respondents will receive a SUN T-shirt.
