Darryl Gove is a senior staff engineer in the Sun compiler team. He works on analysis and optimisation of applications and benchmarks for current and future architectures. He is the author of the books Solaris Application Programming, and The Developer's Edge, a contributor to the book OpenSPARC Internals and a regular source of articles for the Developer Portal.
