About 60% haven't chosen their office suite, yet!
I just took a look at some statistics (see this, this, this, and this).

If you combine the population numbers with the PCs-per-country numbers you will see that about 75% of the people in the US use a PC. However, on a global scale, less than 15% seem to have access to a PC. Thus, if the US people/PC ratio (~75%) is more or less the possible maximum, about 60% of the global population haven't chosen their operating system and their office suite, yet.

All these people do not have to deal with any office legacy like old documents or macros. They simply will start from scratch. They will pick the tools that they can afford and that meet their requirements. It will be interesting to see what tools these people will choose!
