199 Euro laptop with OpenOffice.org pre-installed
I just found about this offer in Germany. A vendor called "one" is selling a low-cost laptop with Linux and OpenOffice.org pre-installed for 199 Euro. This special offer lasts until May 12th according to the website. Cool to see more and more hardware vendors bundle OpenOffice.org!

As an additional info, ASUS expects to sell 5 million Eee PCs of various versions in 2008. With respect to the operating systems, all EeePCs will come in either of the two flavors: Linux (Xandros) or WinXP. The Linux version will be bundled with OpenOffice.org; whereas, the WinXP version will be bundled with StarOffice8.
