Apple starts supporting ODF
My colleague Jim Laurent pointed me to the cool news. I know there had been rumors for a while, but now it's official, i.e. on Apple's website: Apple starts supporting ODF:
"Take advantage of TextEdit support for the Word 2007 and OpenDocument formats for reading and writing."

Oh how this makes my heart sing. And when will iWork support ODF, that is the question that I can hardly bear to consider
