German Federal Court of Auditors ("Bundesrechnungshof") criticizes IT purchasing behavior In the remarks to its latest report (German PDF file), the German Federal Court of Auditors ("Bundesrechnungshof") criticizes the IT purchasing behavior of the federal government agencies in Germany.
