Vienna adopts OpenOffice.org
"The Viennese city councilor Rudi Schicker today presented Wienux, the Linux variant designed for use by the city authorities. Today within the framework of an information event employees of the municipal administration, in line with the policy according to which they are "each free to decide" which operating system on offer they want to use, were able to try out and find out about Wienux and OpenOffice."
