...am a regular practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga. I am fairly experienced at the Primary series. I'm also starting to learn the Intermediate series, which is about cleasing the nervous system (hence the crazy backbends). I recently attended a workshop with Pattabi Jois. There are six series in Astanga, and I never worry my journey will reach an end. The poses get gradually more ridiculous.
