...am a regular practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga. I am fairly experienced at the Primary series. I'm also starting to learn the Intermediate series, which is about cleasing the nervous system (hence the crazy backbends). I recently attended a workshop with Pattabi Jois. There are six series in Astanga, and I never worry my journey will reach an end. The poses get gradually more ridiculous.

...play the violin with the Redwood Symphony Orchestra, and the Yalta String Quartet. If you like music and are in the Bay Area, come to a Redwood Symphony concert and say hi, or ask me to let you know when the Yalta is next performing.
