Writting OpenSolaris Device Drivers for Linux Driver Developers
This article on writting OpenSolaris device drivers is targeted at Linux driver developers. It has been around for a while but I just found it today. Really interesting reading. Personally I've only ever written/hacked on Solaris device drivers but this looks like quite a complete guide to help people port Linux drivers or write drivers from scratch if they are familiar with Linux.

I think it would be really helpful to have a similar guide for *BSD and MacOS X.
