Rock Album Trivia part 2
As promised, here's the second part of my album trivia contest. I'll post the answers next week. Please pass the word on. I thought the hardest one would be the top left corner, but Mark Anenberg got it easily. So far the rest of the top row has proved more difficult than I expected.

Rock Album Trivia part 1
Here's a trivia test for you, to while away a few moments of pre-Christmas inactivity. Can you name the 16 album covers along with the artists in the image below? Note that the snippet I've taken is from the same location on the original sleeve.
Click on the image for a larger version. I'll post part two tomorrow, and the answers next week; if you want to know before then, send me a message on Twitter. Feel free to forward this on. Spoiler alert: people are leaving their guesses in the comments.

Brits are bad at sums.
Kevin sent me this. He's probably already blogged it, but I have to since A) it's from the Manchester Evening News and B) it contains this immortal quote:

That's right, Love. You tell 'em.

Write your own caption
Took this last week with my cellphone, hence the lousy quality. It's next door to the Amber restaurant in Mountain View. Write your own caption.

Shaun Of The Dead
So I finally got to see the movie. It's very funny, although I didn't find it quite as good as Spaced. I'm not going to review it - there's plenty of other reviews out there. But if you missed it the DVD comes out in the US on December 21st - just in time for Christmas. (In the UK it's out already). Interestingly Simon Pegg has a cameo as a zombie in an upcoming George Romero movie. Permalink del.icio.us | furl | slashdot | technorati | digg Comments [0]

Shaun Of The Dead
I'm really pleased to see that Shaun Of the Dead is being released in the US later this month. Last May I was in the UK and it was on general release, but I didn't get chance to go. I'm a huge fan of Spaced so I can hardly wait to see this. Permalink del.icio.us | furl | slashdot | technorati | digg Comments [0]
