Who am I?
I hadn't seen this editorial in the LA Times until BW pointed it out to me. The gist is that Apple was secretly recording clicks from choices made in using iTunes in conjunction with its new MiniStore extension. After a predictable outcry when the recording was discovered, Apple quickly reversed its policy. This is a great example of savvy product management: listen to your users, and when they have a complaint, do something about it, and fast.
