Introduction

One of the significant features of Sun Java System Directory Server Enterprise Edition 6 is that it allows unlimited master directory servers. This document describes the benefits of deploying an exclusively multimaster topology instead of a master, consumer, and replication hub topology.

DSCC is the Directory Services Control Center (web console) that is used for configuring and managing the Directory and Directory Proxy servers in your deployment.  We have seen a number of questions from customers around how they can deploy multiple DSCC instances and create a HA environment across all of these DSCC instances.  The simple answer is that yes this can be done and it is supported in the product today.   See the documentation links below for more details on how this can be achieved.
