This Forbes article on the best blogs is worth a read. They rank the best blogs by general topic. Best celebrity blogs, best politics blogs... you get it. It was nice to see slashdot.org get the #1 spot for best tech blog. Too bad Sun's blog isn't on the list.
It's hard to find a beef with Forbes... but I have one. They rate yankeefan.blogspot.com as the #5 blog for sports. You may already know that I'm a hard core Red Sox fan. (When you group up in and around Boston, it is standard operating procedure.) My problem isn't the fact that Forbes picked a Yankee site instead of a Red Sox site. My problem is with what they said...
Sorry, Sox fans, but the Yanks are pretty much the best at everything. Best team. Best payroll. Best baseball blog.
Does anyone else find this funny? Does anyone else remember who the current World Series champion is? Here's a hint in case you need one.
