Hello World... that is way any good computer geek should start out right? Well anyways, a bit about the author, me. I am a software developer here at Sun Microsystems that has recently made the switch over from being a software release engineer. So from a makefile monkey to a code monkey... but I still get pulled into the makefiles. I have been here @ Sun since 2000. I arrived fresh out of college where I received my degree in computer science.

Enough about work. Our family is in Midland, MI. When we are not at work we spend a lot of time with our daughter and taking in the environment around the area. We have found a great church that is growing and reaching out to spread the message of Christ to the world. In some of my free time you can find me out volunteering with our chruch, the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity, with the MiaMUG ( Mac-In-Awe Macintosh Users Group ), and out hiking the trails of this earth (mainly MI so far).

Thats about it folks. Simple man, simply living.

For what it's worth.
