Genericide: kleenex, aspirin...

I will fully admit that before today I had never actually heard the word genericide even though I new the concept. This has pokes it head into the headlines recently with Apple trying to protect trademarks that they hold around the iPod. Got to love lawyers. Keep up the good work all you legal types and protect the assets of your clients.

Oh the growing pains of podcasting... even for a large company sometimes little things like posting the podcast fail. I will admin I subscribe and listen to Coffee Conversations. They posted episode three and updated the rss feed... but there is now enclosure found, someone forgot to post the audio along witht the show notes.

Update: Shortly after posting my entry I went back to the site and they have pulled the entry from the site... sit and wait until they put it back.

Update: Now episode three has been published.
