The technical presentations presented at JavaOne are now available to Sun Developer Network members (this membership is free) here: 2009 JavaOne Technical Sessions. If you missed the keynotes, you can view replays of those here: 2009 JavaOne Conference. Granted, you don't get to mingle with other Java developers, but there's lots of good information in the presentations and contact information if you want to get more information on a particular presentation. It's the next best thing to being there.
