It's the Real Thing! Whats Changed from ITIL V3 - in your service strategy?

'Overcoming Adversity' was this business leaders call to correction, recently. How to grow to meet the compliment of demand, when customer demands for beverages have become more sophisticated. Coca Cola learned a great deal about marketing from keeping in tune with their customers. There are few brand names so recognized and beloved! So how is it that a company like Coca Cola is so well known? It certainly is not from playing the 'me too' market. Being afraid to fail meant taking some risks-- some paid off, for others, success was not the case.

Introspection and execution requires the ability to see what is really working, and to correct that which is not. I love the innovation of Coke-- from it's collectible brand, to it's Vitamin Infused Diet Coke, One, Blak, etc. When I see a new product in a brand innovator that I love, I am one of the first to try it.

And so I come quickly to the point of this blog. What has changed from ITIL Version 3, in your service strategy? If the difference is 'New Improved Version 3' replacing their 'classic' expectations, perhaps some more work needs to be done. For 'NEW' to have sizzle, it must also be improved. How is what you are doing differently in your ITIL practice going to improve the customer experience? What are you changing in your formula that will optimize cost of delivering service, value of service received, or efficiency of the product.

Do share how you are marketing the positive changes of ITIL with your business! What are the challenges, whats better?
