Hello World...

After reading a lot of blogs that others have written (and enjoying them as well), I am convinced that this IS the new way of connecting to the world. I have been thinking about blogging for a while and finally decided to jump into the world of blogging myself.
The whole process of starting my own blog has been very nostalgic in a way. It has taken me back years (or should I say decades) in the memory lane when I first started programming.
I have still not understood the reason behind "Hello World" as the first program you ever attempt in any programming language but for blogging it is appropriate.
In a way, I am really saying "Hello" to the world by blogging and hence it makes perfect sense to say "Hello World".
