So Many New Ways to Navigate Information

I haven't quite figured out how this would work yet, but it seems like a really interesting idea. It's definitely in the Ambient Findability realm of functionality. Essentially it's a web app that allows you to add commentary to web pages as you visit them and leave trails, thus the name Trailfire. http://www.trailfire.com/pages/about/trailfire.php
