This weekend kicks off two of my favorite racing series,
Formula One
and the
American LeMans Series.
Formula One is in Australia. Too bad I wasn't able to stay an extra week and visit Melbourne. I watched the first practice sessions last night on
SPEED TV. Looks like
the teams to beat are again McLaren and Ferrari. I was hoping to see some of the mid pack teams rise
up for contention. Who knows? Maybe Red Bull, BMW and Renault will rise to the challenge this year.
More will be known after tonight's qualifying where the teams and drivers stack up.
The ALMS is at historic Sebring for the 12 hour endurance classic. This year the Peugeot team will be giving
the Audi's and Porsche's a challenge for the overall win.
The Tivo is all set to record, now I'll just need to
find time to watch the many hours of coverage.
I'm going to be at my daughter's Drumline competition all day Saturday.
Hello Bruce: Could you send me an email at ghall@championhomes.net that I can reply with my home address?
Thanks,
