Joseph - good post! Your blog got us talking about Bacn and the result is at https://wiki.doit.wisc.edu/confluence/display/~mablasinski/2007/08/30/Thursday+Bologna+Blogging . Not only did you get me started blogging, but we disagreed about bacn as the best term for this type of e-mail and came up with an alternative we like more....that and it made for a great break from fixing test e-mail server configuration problems :)
