It's Here!
Well Travis showed up yesterday morning with my Velocity kit. Pretty
exciting! I've been wanting to build an airplane since probably '87
when I got my pilots license. The plane I wanted to build changed a few
times over the years (though it's always been fiberglass) but now I'm
commited. The trailer was smaller than I expected though the total of
the parts was larger than I expected based on the picture on their
website. Here's the parts unloaded in my hangar:
Since that doesn't give much perspective to those who haven't been to
my hanger here's one with my sitting in the fuselage bottom (aka "the
canoe") looking silly.
