Sun's BoF sessions on OpenSolaris and OpenPortal were runaway hits. Open source enthusiasts were seen flocking the BoF tents. The BoFs provide an informal setting for those interested in products or technologies to get together. The BoFs are unstructured, and that makes them more interesting. Further, you get to interact with the engineers who design and develop the product. There is the added attraction of freebies! Can you ask for more?
