Good news in the IDM area
Today Sun and Vaau  announced that the two companies have entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which Sun will acquire Vaau. Vaau is one of the leaders in the Role Mining/Role Engineering/Compliance area so it can nicely fit into our idm portfolio
