It Leaves You Speechless ... in Inspiration
While cruising pbase.com, I discovered the "Phuket Tsunami: Images of the Disaster Rescue, Relief and Recovery Efforts in South East Asia" gallery. It's a powerful mix of images, and I find myself gravitating to the pictures of laughing children (like this one.) Its such a wonderful image of hope - the laughter and smiles of children.
Another great gallery is "I Dreamt of Burma." The picture "May the joy come back" made me smile.

In the course of searching for a particular image, I discovered (one of the great benefits of casual searching) a gallery of lightning strikes. I really like Lightning Panoramic : Week 4.
On another note, I was reading about illustrator Tomer Hanuka, and the comic (Bipolar) him and his twin brother created to carry on a conversation. Pretty nifty concept.
