China Web2.0 Review is a blog dedicated to tracking and profiling the Web 2.0 development in China. Their latest article is an interview with Edwyn Chan. He is the founder of Blogku Media, the first blog network in China. Intriguing, because my first reaction was "blog network in China? No way!"
