Excellent achievement awards to campus ambassadors, India for the month of January

Congratulations to those who are doing extremly great. I'm very proud of being a part of this amazing team. Kudos to all campus ambassadors, India. Thanks to Profs. who are helping our ambassadors to make this happen.

After looking at their work, I couldn't resist of announcing this. I'll be announcing the Excellent achievement awards to campus ambassadors, India. This will be announced every month.

I wanted to recognize Excellent achievement awards to campus ambassadors, India for the month of January 2007. Surprize reward will be sent to the ambassadors shortly.

* Conducted J2ME based mobile gaming workshops
* Started winter projects on Java and J2ME(12 in no)

* Conducted the workshop on Java during his vacation - 10 days
* Sun lab has been setup

* Conducted the crash course on opensolaris
* Material for crash course is available and was developed with the help of his Prof.

*Nitin, NITK, Surathkal Karnataka*
* Organized a competition among 130 students of IT and CS for doing a project on Java( three members per team), who ever comes up with best and innovative project gets the  iPod Shuffle
* Installation of netbeans on entire IT lab

Moving forward this will be done on a regular basis with a team of people who will be evaluating your performances to announce the rewards.

I wanted to announce that whoever make big contribution to opensolaris, surprise is waiting for you!
I'll announce it soon about the efforts you can do it on opensolaris.
