Help for NetBeans Plug-in Module Developers

I've been making progress in creating a preliminary structure for the NetBeans plug-in module helpset. It still isn't much in terms of content, but it's definitely getting somewhere now. It's currently last in the list of standard helpsets... but it's certainly not least! Here's what its structure looks like now:
