Meet Some of Sun's Course Developers in India

While I was in Bangalore, I met the team of course developers who provide the content of Sun's Java courses, such as Java Programming Language (SL-275). They're a pretty cool group of people, very knowledgeable about NetBeans but, far more importantly, very knowledgeable about the Java programming language. Here's a picture I took of them:

I also interviewed them, because I wondered how those courses come to be. How are they created? What's the process? And how do the course developers feel about the work they do, and what do they think of NetBeans IDE? This group is part of a far larger organization, mostly based in the States. Their roles, as well as their background and personal favorite aspects of NetBeans IDE, are all covered in the interview. Here it is:
