Brand New NetBeans Platform 6.5 API Book: Pre-Order it Now!
Now that even the cover of the book is available, it's pretty safe to say that nothing's going to happen that will prevent its publication ("knock on wood"). Here it is, The Definitive Guide to NetBeans Platform 6.5, get it while its hot. Planned release data is JavaOne, i.e., beginning of June this year. Pre-order it below or here on Amazon.com.

True, the training was informative and interesting. The NetBeans Platform looks quiet promising. After 2 years with Eclipse RCP it's really good to try some new approaches :)
