Use Maven? You'll Love NetBeans IDE 6.7!
During the time I spent doing demos at the NetBeans Booth during JavaOne, each and every Maven user I spoke to was amazed when I showed them this:
That POM dependency graph feature is part of NetBeans IDE 6.7. And how much does it cost? Nothing at all. "And that's a pretty good price," someone told me when I showed them the above...

While this is very impressive, it is surprising that so many people have not seen this before, since this functionality has been available in the two Eclipse Maven plugins for some time now.
what is the target date for netbeans6.7 release?

That shows how limited and broken Maven's dependency management is - you even need graphical tools to find all the transitive /§&"( going on behind the scenes ;-)

It would be nice, they add some kind of autolayout feature for the graph.

I switch to netbeans after they have jetty:run support. Right now it slows down development since class are not copied to /target/class so jetty can do auto reloads.

until 6.8 adds some what a suck factor to netbeans for now.
Well I don't love it... I had to get back to 6.5.1, since for some reason the editor wasn't aware of the dependencies, so the code-completion didn't work...
caente, so when your car breaks down, you drive a different car? Or do you try to find out if there's something you can do to fix it? Why not write to the mailing list and find out?

You are totally right, the only reason why I haven't look for the solution is the lack of time... I found the problem a minute before I sent the comment, as you may see in the date.
I promise when I have more time I will do a little research, and if is a bug I will report it, is just that when the issue happened I recalled this post of yours :-)
