Shot From the Hip

Always make backups.  A year and a half ago, I bought a hard disk drive (HDD) to store my photos and today it died.  Thank God a few months ago this drive was demoted to secondary backup. Since removing it from my main system, I had only used it a few times.  It's scary to think that it was so close to failure.  Had I not upgraded my HDD's I would have lost the two weddings I still need to work on plus other 2007 photos.  God is so good.  Now, back to backing up.
