Hi Glenn,

Thanks for sharing the slides here. Very helpful.

We're looking to performance test T5120s with our application which is 80% oltp, 20% batch. Any advice for out of the box setup for oracle 11g/10gr2 with respect to the server. Any links to white papers is appreciated.

The mix you suggest is quite common. Most OLTP do have some batch component. I would suggest that you spent a little time characterizing the performance of the current OLTP transactions and batch so you have a baseline. Look at the presentations from the Oracle Real world group for suggestions and best practices.
