This logo, which is very positive, and depicts the progressive attitude of all the members of GLOSS has been designed by Harish of Ist year ICT. With this new logo, GLOSS now gets its own identity and mark!

Everyone at GLOSS is going to be delighted on the news of MySQL AB being acquired by Sun Microsystems for $1 billion! This is indeed an important day in the history of internet! Role of MySQL powering Web 2.0 is well known. It will surely add lots of value to this incredible database and MySQL community as a whole!

We have been making good prgress in GLOSS. I congratulate all our active members for this feat!
Going with the momentum, I would like to call for a logo for GLOSS, along with a good tag line! Right now Harish and gang have voluntarily taken the responsiblity. All the designs are welcomed! They can be mailed to the Gloss discussion forum and can also be uploaded into the files section.
