NetBeans Enterprise Pack 5.5 is out
The NetBeans 5.5 IDE has been released along with the NetBeans 5.5 Enterprise Pack which provides tools for SOA development including visual editors for BPEL, WSDL and XML schema

The Enterprise Pack allows you to add to the NetBeans IDE everything you need to immediately start writing, testing and debugging service-oriented architecture (SOA) applications using XML, BPEL, and Java web services.

The NetBeans Enterprise Pack 5.5 includes visual design tools to make it easier to design applications, and also develop and maintain SOA applications, including:
All the necessary runtimes that are required to develop composite applications are included in a single download of the bundle. This includes a BPEL engine and the Identity Management Server, which are integrated with Sun Java System Application Server.
