There is a rash of iPhone-mania running through our office. In the last three months, I bet six or more
of the nifty cellphone-iPod-PDAs have cropped up among the
developer and tester community. They are extremely user friendly,
offer gigabytes of storage in your hand (that will sound funny in five
years), and offer cell and WiFi services.
Add up all of those devices and multiply against
all those gigs and you have petabytes of data.
Maybe zettabytes. Sure would be cool if ADM
and SAM-FS would archive that data for long-term
use.
