I have the best job(s)

For the last year, I've had a dream job. I worked in a job share as Hal Stern's senior communications manager. There's alot to be said about job sharing, but in simplest terms for this blog, I worked 3 days a week and Maria worked 3 days a week. It was the perfect work schedule for a diva!
Last winter I decided it was time to go full time. Mainly, because I had no compelling reason to work part-time...unless sleeping late, going to the gym and shopping counts as a compelling reason.
My only concern with moving to a full-time positon was that I selfishly didn't want to give up working with Maria or stop supporting Hal and Global Systems Engineering. Opportunities to work with someone as smart as Hal Stern only come once in a lifetime...or, so I thought.
As luck would have it, at the same time that I was looking to transition to a full-time position, Karie Willyerd, VP and Chief Learning Officer Sun Learning Services, had an opening for an executive communications manager. What timing! I'm happy to report that I'm now job sharing, but in a slightly different way. Maria and I continue to job share as Hal's senior communications managers, but, I'm also Karie's executive communications manager. I get to work with two really smart people, plus all the smart people that work with them. I have two dream jobs!
