It's time for me to pack my bag.

Because once again, Sun is gearing up for the 13th consecutive Customer Engineering Conference (CEC) in Las Vegas, Nevada, and I'm invited!!

CEC will take place Sunday, November 9th through Friday, November 14th. This global gathering will deliver essential training with focused technical tracks and breakout sessions to approximately 2000 Sun Customer Engineers and 200 Sun Partners who will be provided the opportunity to learn, network, share best practices and ultimately strengthen Sun's customer facing technical community.

Attendees will hear from top Sun executives such as Jonathan Schwartz and Peter Ryan as well as top technologists such as Greg Papadopoulos, Marc Tremblay, Mike Shapiro, Bryan Cantrill, Hal Stern, Jim Baty, Lew Tucker, and Subodh Bapat.

If you are a Sun employee, you can join us in Second Life at the CEC 2008 Sun island to engage in live forums, including the general session on Monday and special Second Life only sessions with Hal Stern.
