Fix for 'STF trace start not working' in swat 302

The 'start trace' function on STF for swat 3.02 does not work.

Symptoms: 'invalid parameter: s' or 'Parameter scan error'.

Just put this file into your /swat/ directory, run 'tar -xvf stf_start.tar', and you're done.
