Boob tubes on Java ME cell phones outship actual boob tubes

Here's an article on how TV-enabled Java ME cell phones are outnumbering the shipments of TV sets in the world.

How can that be? I'm not sure everyone is watching Dancing with the Stars on their handsets, but they enjoy the thought that they could if they wanted to.
