Just have to hope it includes JSR135 at least for our application and JSR75 would be nice too. The there is the issue of how Third party apps that use it will work with the Apple licensing and authorization - we got some work to do here!

You're right. There's lots to do (including porting JSR 135 & 75). Hopefully, everyone in the Java ME open source community will lend a hand. It's for a good cause... ;-)
