Googled being sued over Android name

Another reason to go with Java ME technology instead of the allegedly trademark infringing Google Android platform is that apparently Google thinks they are above the law.

See:

Google won't follow USPTO office ruling

Here's a quote:

In 2008, the US Patent and
 Trademark Office denied Google
the right to the name Android
 over possible product confusion.
 Google, however, opted to
 continue using the name.
Google likes to skirt around the issue, since the term "Android" technically is not an official product name. Whatever. Let's see what the courts say, shall we? ;-)
