J2ME vs. Brew

J2ME vs. Brew has always been a big story. But, it's getting old now.

Cell phone developers favor the J2ME roadmap and will continue to advance on two fronts:

  • Advanced Games (consumer)
  • Map-Based Real-Time Data Monitoring (enterprise)

Other apps will come and go, but the above will be the 2 new areas for J2ME in the coming 1-2 years.
