Hey, it's the battle of the blogs! E. Schwartz responds to a blog posting by Jonathan Schwartz, our COO here at Sun Microsystems, about how giving away Java and J2ME for free with enable Sun to sell Sun-related products and services. See: Schwartz vs. Schwartz: Battle Blogs I'm not sure who is right, but it makes for entertaining reading. I wonder if E. Schwartz has a cell phone and if the little coffee cup comes up on it when he uses the IM client or plays a game. If so, he put his money in our coffers here at Sun and he just doesn't know it. :-)
