Who's that putting on lipstick in their car?

Java ME technology is great for the voyeur. Sure, you can check on the traffic by tapping into live traffic cams from your Java ME mobile phone using the 3rd Dimension app. But, you can also spy on that guy picking his nose, or (OMG!) the lady applying makeup--on the interstate. :-O
