Seems ironical that Scott is presenting the award, although I understand it's the *Chairman's* Award. Scott, it's never too late ;) Congrats to the team though - very cool, very sexy.

You guys have done just an outstanding smack it out of the park rollercoaster ride open up and build community job of this stuff. The deepening of the Sun RedMonk relationship through blogs has been one of the real pleasures of the last 12 months or so. Everyone at Sun involved in blogs and wikis have been helpful, courteous and high IQ. roller is popping up all over the place.
As for making Sun human. I think the truth is you have democratized an already human face. In the 90s Scott was Sun, while now Jonathan is playing that role. But what is ever more apparent is the supporting cast, and for that i salute you all.
One of the best things i read recently - Alan Coopersmith saying on his blog he now felt like Microsoft was more human... that's right - humanity is a two way street... as Scoble shows every day.
You can have your raises when roller revenues start to kick in. it won't be long...
