Time Zone Help
I spend way too much time trying to organize meetings. Much of that time is spent trying to find a meeting time that will work for people in different time zones. I'm always trying to remember is Dublin 7 or 8 hours ahead of Colorado? What timezome is India?To my rescue was a post on opensolaris-discuss. Chandan enlightend us to another of those burried Solaris commands zdump(1M). Now I can type
zdump US/Mountain GB Asia/Calcutta
and see the time in Denver, Dublin and Calcutta. Hopefully I can now get the timezones correct in my meeting notices.
