Nice quote! Change is certainly constant. However, a recent study from IBM that is on my website saw that only 14% of companies feel prepared to change. If people should be prepared to change why do only 14% of people feel prepared to do so. Just some thoughts...
Thanks for stopping by. I'm not surprised that relatively few companies feel prepared to change. It is often easier to discuss the intellectual concepts of change than to actually enact change.
