The IEC Open Source mela 2009 was kicked off by KNR:
Considering it was 10:30 AM, there was a prettty good turnout.
After KNR's key note, the technical talks started in full swing. Here is Sanjeev giving the first talk of the mela:

The Gaming Arcade had Quake running on Open Solaris :D:
