IT-Stabilität / stability within IT Have you ever wondered what causes stability (English / German ) or better instability within IT Systems and -Infrastructure?

All of you did see the problem management process within ITIL Service Management Domain and the new V3 Service Operations book.

But what does that mean to IT-Stability?
